A Little about Earl White the Realtor
I have been a licensed Realtor for 14 years my licensed assistant manages the day to day in the office. I handle all new consultations, as well as show houses. The division of labor means there is always someone available to take calls on our listings and none of our clients ever miss a showing request.
I was a real estate agent with Prudential for years, until Berkshire Hathaway bought our Brokerage and changed our name. I have been with the same Brokerage the entire time. Because we are with a billion dollar company like Berkshire Hathaway, we have access to market resources that smaller Brokerages cannot match. For about 2 years, I also helped train new agents, but stopped to solely focus on selling homes in 2020. I'd like to tell you more about this, if you are interested.
- I always hire a professional photographer to shoot property photos. I know that high quality photos are one of the best ways to get a buyer to call their agent and ask them to show your home.
- We charge a total 5% commission. Berkshire Hathaway and I receive half of this amount and the other half is offered to all of the agents in town. We know offering a 2.5% commission is the best way to get the agents to want to bring their buyers to your home.
- I place a free home warranty on the property from the day you list until the day you sell. I do this because your buyer is going to have a home inspection. The inspector will find things and I'm hoping some of them will be covered by the warranty I've provided, to keep your repair cost down.
- Last but not least, I offer a free home cleaning before we shoot photos and go on the market.
